Bring down coat in your pack when you get above treeline. The world’s strongest wind was recorded here. It is not uncommon for freezing temperatures in the summer. Also check out Arethusa Fall, New Hampshire’s tallest waterfall at approximately 44 meters with a 5-mile out and back hike. Go in the winter and you can ice climb the fall.
