Goa is a state located in the Southwestern region of India, with coastlines stretching along the Arabian Sea. It is India’s smallest state by area and the fourth smallest by population. Pork and beef dishes such as Vindaloo, Xacuti, and Sorpotel are cooked by the Catholics. A rich egg-based multi-layered sweet dish known as bebinca is famous for Christmas.
